Q Are pets allowed?

PETS are not allowed under any circumstances.


Q Do you charge a bond?

Yes we do charge a bond, please refer to our Terms & Conditions. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements & extra guests beyond those declared etc.


Q Do you charge to clean the Villa?

There is a $170/$190 cleaning and linen fee per villa. Additional charges will be deducted from your security bond if excessive cleaning is required.


Q How many car parking spots are there for the Villa?

There are two designated car spaces for each Villa in the Garage at the rear of the property. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked on the roadside, please do not park on grassed areas or in communal driveways.


Q How should we leave the villa upon departure?

The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival, tidy and relatively clean. Used crockery, cutlery etc must be washed and put away. The dishwasher should be emptied prior to your departure. The BBQ should be cleaned as it was upon your arrival. Please leave refrigerator, freezer as found, empty and clean. Excess rubbish should be bagged and placed in the large bins outside.

Q What do we need to bring with us?

This property is fully equipped as a holiday home, all you require is your personal clothing and food items.


Q What time is check in and check out?

In most instances check-in is from 2.00pm and check-out is by 10.00am. Requests for early check-ins or late check-outs will be assessed against bookings before or after your stay.
